The thought of having
to file an insurance claim is unsettling to many. You pay the
premium in hopes that you never have to file a claim, but if you are
in the unfortunate situation that you need your insurance company to
react… what do you do? Who do you call when you have questions
before, during, or after a claim?
The first thing we tell all of our customers when we discuss
claims is to call our office first!
Our experienced staff is here to help in any way possible and are
prepared handle your claim as effectively and efficiently as
possible. We want our customers to know that we will be with them
throughout the entire process regardless of the situation, time of
day, or day of the week!
While we want to stress that we will personally be there to
assist any individual or business through a claim scenario, we also
want to give our customers as many options as possible to get their

What to do at the scene of an Auto Accident:

STOP immediately, but do not obstruct traffic.

ASSIST injured. Have someone call the police.
Call again after 5 minutes.

SECURE names, phone numbers, addresses of
other drivers, witnesses, injured persons.

SECURE make, model, license plate numbers of
all cars involved.

MAKE rough drawing of the scene, showing
position of cars and other details.

DON’T hastily accept claim settlements at the
scene of the accident.

REMAIN calm, courteous and consistent in your
version of the accident.

NOTIFY our agency as soon as possible.
