Casey Bentley
Vice President
Casey Bentley was born and raised in Columbiana, AL. In 2000, he
graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science degree
in Business Administration.
Upon graduation, he spent 7 years working as an Account Executive
and Professional Recruiter for a National IT Services company in
Birmingham, AL and St. Louis, MO. There he worked with a wide range
of companies such as Bellsouth/AT&T, Boeing, A.G. Edwards & Sons,
and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
He returned “home” in the summer of 2007 and began working in the
family business at Rux Carter Insurance. Since that time, he has
focused his time on education and production. In the fall of 2007,
he obtained his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS)
designation from the Hartford School of Insurance. He was then
selected to participate in State Auto’s nationally recognized
producer school – Pacesetters. In February 2009, he completed his
one year commitment to Pacesetters finishing in the top 10 of his
class of over 40 agents across the country.
He is an active member of the Alabama Independent Insurance Agents
Association as well as the South Shelby Chamber of Commerce, Greater
Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, and Calera Chamber of Commerce.
He also serves in a leadership role with the Alabama Business
Builders Association.
He and his wife, the former Danette Dudney of Birmingham, AL,
have one daughter, Addison, and they are active members of
Riverchase United Methodist Church.
